I’m a documentary-a-holic it’s so true. Truth be told I’ll read or watch anything that has to do with the human experience. I find it fascinating to learn how people get from point A to point B in their lives. How does human will present itself in each and every one of us. I was a Sociology major in college can you tell?
Last night we watched “The Biggest Little Farm” about a couple who decided to move to the country and develop a sustainable farm. I loved it! I loved it because it’s about an idea – a dream and how to get from point A to point B and all the human spirit involved in the journey. Also, it’s about remembering we get from point A to point B . . .then to point C…to point D etc. I think life takes you down a path and you may think you know where you are going but all of these offshoot paths present themselves on the way and the fun of life is deciding if and when you want to get off the original path and follow another.
I think I also really liked it because I have a secret desire to move to a white house in an acre of aspens, grow some strawberries and let my dogs run free. Perhaps, an offshoot path is in my future…
Grab a blanket and some popcorn (my favorite) and give it a watch… P.S. I did cry
